How to install sogou-tr via python pip

source test_sogou-tr_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation sogou-tr

To install sogou-tr on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install sogou-tr

To install sogou-tr on Unix/macOs:

pip install sogou-tr
