How to install sogou-tr-free via python pip

source test_sogou-tr-free_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation sogou-tr-free

To install sogou-tr-free on Windows(CMD):

To install sogou-tr-free on Unix/macOs:
