py -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_pyoo_env

test_pyoo_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_pyoo_env

source test_pyoo_env/bin/active

To install pyoo on Unix/macOs:

pip install pyoo
