test_pyonrails_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv
- Create a virtual environment
python3 -m venv test_pyonrails_env
- Active the virtual environment
source test_pyonrails_env/bin/active
To install pyonrails on Windows(CMD):
py -m pip install pyonrails
To install pyonrails on Unix/macOs:
pip install pyonrails
