Tencent's grade system:

Since June 2019, Tencent has released internal documents announcing changes to the existing grade system, removing the original grade system design for Level 6 18 (1.1-6.3) and changing it to Level 14 (Level 4-17). At the same time, it also removes the professional label between different ranks and replaces it with "Professional grade plus job title".

The grade system is shown below:

Tencent's standard salary is 14, but usually 16-20, depending on the division's earnings, the year-end bonus will vary. T he payroll structure is typically 16 pay, but there is actually no shortage of 18-pay teams. T encent's different business lines within the existence of a significant pay, stock gap, Tencent's game team pay, year-end bonuses are generally relatively high, and Tencent Cloud's share of the stock is higher than the game team. In addition, starting from level 10, there will be a separate rights issue.

Looking at this form alone, Tencent's grade salary is really exciting. B ut it's never been easier. T encent's internal promotion indicators, in addition to hard indicators such as length of service, assessment results, the core degree of the business responsible for, whether there is a significant contribution, etc., also need to be defended. U nder Tencent's old grade system, T2-3 to T3-1 was a bump, T3-3 liter T4-1 was a bump, staying at T2-3 for more than 3 years, T3-3 for more than 5 years was not in the minority, and T3-3 stayed for 7 years. After all, Tencent has nearly 20,000 research and development people, and the number of T4 levels is probably no more than 500.

And Tencent's job performance appraisal is also very strict. G enerally divided into two parts, business evaluation and organizational management evaluation, its main is the work performance and work attitude. A mong them, the weight of work performance accounted for 70%, the weight of work attitude accounted for about 30%. I n general, there are two assessments per year, in June and December, respectively, the implementation of the end-of-year phase-out system. The performance score is divided into 5 levels, and the worst 1 may be dismissed.

Tencent is a leader in China's Internet companies, with better pay, but entry requirements are also strict. I n addition to both excellent cultural knowledge reserves, but also need to have a high personal quality ability. I n short, we should strengthen our level first. Whether you are a student or have entered the workforce, continuous learning is the right way.
