How to give SVN, GIT and other binding operation shortcuts

1. Switch to the view you want to use shortcuts (e.g. development view, side-by-side view)
2. Click on the view and customize the perspective

3. Select the command tab

4. Select SVN or Git
5. When set up successfully, SVN, Git, and other menus are generated before the help menu
6. In the tool-option-shortcut, you can bind shortcuts for actions such as SVN, Git, etc
