How to install zope.xmlpickle via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_zope.xmlpickle_env

test_zope.xmlpickle_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_zope.xmlpickle_env

source test_zope.xmlpickle_env/bin/active
