How to install xpath-parser via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_xpath-parser_env

test_xpath-parser_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_xpath-parser_env

source test_xpath-parser_env/bin/active
