How to install xmlwitch via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_xmlwitch_env

test_xmlwitch_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_xmlwitch_env

source test_xmlwitch_env/bin/active

To install xmlwitch on Windows(CMD):

pip install xmlwitch
