py -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_wres_env

test_wres_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_wres_env

source test_wres_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation wres

To install wres on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install wres

To install wres on Unix/macOs:

pip install wres

Step 3: If you want to install a specific wres version, add ==<wres version> to the end command line

Example:

pip install wres==1.0.0
