How to install wparc via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_wparc_env

test_wparc_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_wparc_env

source test_wparc_env/bin/active

To install wparc on Unix/macOs:

pip install wparc
