py -m venv test_wintheme_env

test_wintheme_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_wintheme_env

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation wintheme

To install wintheme on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install wintheme

To install wintheme on Unix/macOs:

pip install wintheme

Step 3: If you want to install a specific wintheme version, add ==<wintheme version> to the end command line
