How to install vtk-lookingglass via python pip

python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_vtk-lookingglass_env

test_vtk-lookingglass_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_vtk-lookingglass_env

source test_vtk-lookingglass_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation vtk-lookingglass
