How to install vl via python pip

python3 -m pip --version

Ensure pip, setuptools, and wheel are up to date:

In Windows (CMD):

py -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_vl_env

test_vl_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_vl_env

source test_vl_env/bin/active

To install vl on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install vl

To install vl on Unix/macOs:

pip install vl

Step 3: If you want to install a specific vl version, add ==<vl version> to the end command line
