How to install vf-forecaster via python pip

pip3 install virtualenv

source test_vf-forecaster_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation vf-forecaster

To install vf-forecaster on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install vf-forecaster

To install vf-forecaster on Unix/macOs:

pip install vf-forecaster
