How to install utils-knot via python pip

python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_utils-knot_env

test_utils-knot_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_utils-knot_env

source test_utils-knot_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation utils-knot

To install utils-knot on Unix/macOs:
