- Active the virtual environment
test_ulanji_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv
- Create a virtual environment
python3 -m venv test_ulanji_env
- Active the virtual environment
source test_ulanji_env/bin/active
To install ulanji on Windows(CMD):

pip install ulanji
