How to install tweetrel via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_tweetrel_env

test_tweetrel_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_tweetrel_env

source test_tweetrel_env/bin/active

To install tweetrel on Unix/macOs:

pip install tweetrel
