How to install tw2.tinymce via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

test_tw2.tinymce_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_tw2.tinymce_env

source test_tw2.tinymce_env/bin/active
