How to install tripleo-repos via python pip

Ensure pip, setuptools, and wheel are up to date:

In Windows (CMD):

py -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

In Unix/macOS:

python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_tripleo-repos_env

test_tripleo-repos_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_tripleo-repos_env

source test_tripleo-repos_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation tripleo-repos

To install tripleo-repos on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install tripleo-repos

To install tripleo-repos on Unix/macOs:

pip install tripleo-repos
