How to install traintorch via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_traintorch_env

test_traintorch_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_traintorch_env

source test_traintorch_env/bin/active

To install traintorch on Windows(CMD):
