How to install tox-delay via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_tox-delay_env

test_tox-delay_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_tox-delay_env

source test_tox-delay_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation tox-delay

To install tox-delay on Windows(CMD):

To install tox-delay on Unix/macOs:
