py -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_tow_env

test_tow_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_tow_env

source test_tow_env/bin/active

To install tow on Windows(CMD):

To install tow on Unix/macOs:

pip install tow

Step 3: If you want to install a specific tow version, add ==<tow version> to the end command line
