How to install torch-tb-profiler via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_torch-tb-profiler_env

test_torch-tb-profiler_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_torch-tb-profiler_env

source test_torch-tb-profiler_env/bin/active
