py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_togu_env

test_togu_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_togu_env

source test_togu_env/bin/active

To install togu on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install togu

To install togu on Unix/macOs:

pip install togu

Step 3: If you want to install a specific togu version, add ==<togu version> to the end command line
