How to install threedi-ws-client via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_threedi-ws-client_env

test_threedi-ws-client_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_threedi-ws-client_env

source test_threedi-ws-client_env/bin/active
