How to install tgzr.declare via python pip

py -m venv test_tgzr.declare_env

test_tgzr.declare_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_tgzr.declare_env

source test_tgzr.declare_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation tgzr.declare
