How to install termcolor-dg via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_termcolor-dg_env

test_termcolor-dg_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_termcolor-dg_env

source test_termcolor-dg_env/bin/active
