How to install sylcount via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_sylcount_env

test_sylcount_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_sylcount_env

source test_sylcount_env/bin/active

To install sylcount on Windows(CMD):
