How to install swimlane-vsphere via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_swimlane-vsphere_env

test_swimlane-vsphere_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_swimlane-vsphere_env

source test_swimlane-vsphere_env/bin/active
