How to install spyder-notebook via python pip

Installation:

In Windows (CMD):

py -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_spyder-notebook_env

test_spyder-notebook_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_spyder-notebook_env

source test_spyder-notebook_env/bin/active
