How to install SpringRank via python pip

Installation:

python3 -m pip --version

Ensure pip, setuptools, and wheel are up to date:

py -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

pip3 install virtualenv

To install SpringRank on Windows(CMD):

To install SpringRank on Unix/macOs:

pip install SpringRank
