How to install sphinxcontrib-newsfeed via python pip

test_sphinxcontrib-newsfeed_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_sphinxcontrib-newsfeed_env

source test_sphinxcontrib-newsfeed_env/bin/active
