How to install sparkfun-ublox-gps via python pip

python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_sparkfun-ublox-gps_env

test_sparkfun-ublox-gps_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_sparkfun-ublox-gps_env

source test_sparkfun-ublox-gps_env/bin/active
