How to install smax-dsl via python pip

pip3 install virtualenv

source test_smax-dsl_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation smax-dsl

To install smax-dsl on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install smax-dsl

To install smax-dsl on Unix/macOs:

pip install smax-dsl
