- Active the virtual environment
test_smartalloc_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv
- Create a virtual environment
python3 -m venv test_smartalloc_env
- Active the virtual environment
source test_smartalloc_env/bin/active
To install smartalloc on Windows(CMD):
py -m pip install smartalloc
To install smartalloc on Unix/macOs:
pip install smartalloc
