How to install sis via python pip

py -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_sis_env

test_sis_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_sis_env

source test_sis_env/bin/active

To install sis on Unix/macOs:

pip install sis
