test_SimpleITK-SimpleElastix_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_SimpleITK-SimpleElastix_env

source test_SimpleITK-SimpleElastix_env/bin/active

To install SimpleITK-SimpleElastix on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install SimpleITK-SimpleElastix

To install SimpleITK-SimpleElastix on Unix/macOs:
