py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_simcx_env

test_simcx_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_simcx_env

source test_simcx_env/bin/active

To install simcx on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install simcx

To install simcx on Unix/macOs:

pip install simcx
