How to install sentence-classifier via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_sentence-classifier_env

test_sentence-classifier_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_sentence-classifier_env

source test_sentence-classifier_env/bin/active
