How to install seafile-nautilus via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_seafile-nautilus_env

test_seafile-nautilus_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_seafile-nautilus_env

source test_seafile-nautilus_env/bin/active
