How to install scrapy-user-agents via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_scrapy-user-agents_env

test_scrapy-user-agents_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_scrapy-user-agents_env

source test_scrapy-user-agents_env/bin/active
