How to install s_sqlachemy via python pip

python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_s_sqlachemy_env

test_s_sqlachemy_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_s_sqlachemy_env

source test_s_sqlachemy_env/bin/active
