- Active the virtual environment
test_rtea_env\Scripts\active

- Create a virtual environment
python3 -m venv test_rtea_env
- Active the virtual environment
source test_rtea_env/bin/active
To install rtea on Windows(CMD):
py -m pip install rtea
To install rtea on Unix/macOs:
pip install rtea
