How to install rp-annot via python pip

pip3 install virtualenv

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation rp-annot

To install rp-annot on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install rp-annot

To install rp-annot on Unix/macOs:

pip install rp-annot

Step 3: If you want to install a specific rp-annot version, add ==<rp-annot version> to the end command line
