How to install rlacalc via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_rlacalc_env

test_rlacalc_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_rlacalc_env

source test_rlacalc_env/bin/active

To install rlacalc on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install rlacalc

To install rlacalc on Unix/macOs:

pip install rlacalc
