How to install ref-man-py via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_ref-man-py_env

test_ref-man-py_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_ref-man-py_env

source test_ref-man-py_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation ref-man-py

To install ref-man-py on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install ref-man-py

To install ref-man-py on Unix/macOs:

pip install ref-man-py
