How to install qoscope via python pip

py -m venv test_qoscope_env

test_qoscope_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_qoscope_env

source test_qoscope_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation qoscope
