How to install pytest-fixtures via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

test_pytest-fixtures_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_pytest-fixtures_env

source test_pytest-fixtures_env/bin/active
