How to install PySizer via python pip

py -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_PySizer_env

test_PySizer_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_PySizer_env

source test_PySizer_env/bin/active
